Conventional Coating Pan
Coating Pan is a universal conventional method of coating of film and sugar depending upon the client’s requirement. Polishing pan is made suitable on the same drive of coating pan drive.
Coating pan is used to coat tablets/pellets with aqueous or organic film. It is used for film coating, sugar coating, in a semi ellipsoidal size pan with a circular mouth for charging & discharging of tablets. The pan mounted at a suitable inclination. The pan is driven by a motor coupled with worm reduction gear box of suitable size and has a hot air blowing unit, for drying of the tablets/pellets. The coating is done by a hand held/ SS Stand mounted SS Spray gun. The Pan has inbuilt mixing baffles for effective movement of the product. The Equipment is available in various sizes starting from 12� up to 60�.
